The luxurious villa Beatrice accommodates 8-10 guests in 4 double/twin bedrooms and a twin suite. Located next to the historic Migliaressis Estate, it features a private pool, garden, and parking. Rated as a 'private collection' property, the villa is rented independently. It includes services like pool maintenance, linen changes, and housekeeping. Yolanda, the chef and housekeeper, along with chambermaid Effie, ensure a smooth stay. During the high season, full catering is provided, including breakfast and one main meal daily. Guests cover the cost of groceries and can request extra services such as babysitting or boat trips.
During mid, high & peak season (May 15th to 1st week of Oct.) the villa is fully catered and operates with a staff of two: the professional chambermaid and the talented lady Chef-cook (plus gardeners and eventually assistant).
The in-house lady Chef-cook (also the housekeeper) prepares and serves breakfast (eventually snacks) and also prepares and serves 1 main meal per day for the Guests of the villa, normally up to 6 days a week, of which up to 4-5 meals can be dinners.
Meals consist of: 1 main course, the same dish for all, a salad, up to 2 starters –appetizers, dessert & fruit (for the children there is a kid’s menu list, while Yolanda takes also into account guests’ dietary requirements).
